“Take the Leap” was born when me and my friends were recording a podcast about songwriting. We had a new theme for every episode, and each of us would write a song inspired by that theme. The theme that inspired this song was the movie “Goodwill Hunting”, where the main character has attachment issues. I wrote the song as an encouragement to not be afraid to love and to not give up after being rejected.
